Who we are

LearnAItech is Deepak Gupta's AI learning platform, based in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India. It runs hands-on AI workshops, including AI For Everyone. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LearnAItech. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you register for a workshop, fill in one of our enquiry forms (consultation, AI for business, speaking, collaboration, waitlist or contact), or get in touch. Depending on the form, this includes:

• Your full name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address
• Your role or professional background (for example, business owner, student, or professional)
• For enquiries: your company or organisation, city, event details, budget range, and the message you write to us
• Payment details needed to confirm your seat, such as the transaction or payment reference returned by our payment provider

We do not knowingly collect more than we need, and we do not ask for sensitive financial details such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or passwords.

How we use your information

• To process your registration and confirm your seat
• To verify your payment reference
• To share workshop details such as the date, venue, joining instructions, and important updates, by email or WhatsApp
• To respond to your questions, enquiries and requests
• To tell you when a workshop you joined the waitlist for opens, if you asked us to
• To keep basic records of attendees for the event

How your information is stored and shared

We store registration and enquiry details using trusted services that help us run LearnAItech: Google (Google Sheets for records, and Gmail to deliver enquiry notifications to Deepak Gupta) and our website host. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it.

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it where necessary to run the workshop or answer your enquiry, or where we are required to by law. Workshop payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive a payment reference, not your card or UPI details.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to run the workshop and maintain reasonable records. Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If you would like us to delete your details, contact us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you
• You can ask us to correct or update your details
• You can ask us to delete your details
• You can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time

Students and minors

The workshop is intended for adults and older students. If you are under 18, please register only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts this policy on your behalf.

Third-party tools and links

During the workshop you may use third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM) and our site may link to services such as LinkedIn. These are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
