Acceptance of these terms

By registering for the workshop, making a payment, or attending, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

The workshop

AI For Everyone is a four-hour, in-person, hands-on AI workshop organised by Deepak Gupta in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India. The exact date and venue are announced to registered attendees and may be scheduled or adjusted based on availability. The workshop is educational and practical in nature.

Registration and seats

• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your seat is confirmed only once your payment reference has been received and verified.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you with workshop updates.

Fees and payment

• Workshop fee: ₹1,500 per seat, inclusive of GST.
• Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Your seat is confirmed automatically once your payment is completed and verified.

Cancellations and refunds

• If we cancel or reschedule the workshop: you may choose a full refund, or transfer your seat to the next available session.
• If you cancel 7 or more days before the workshop: you are eligible for a refund, less any payment-processing charges.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop: the fee is non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to another person by informing us in advance.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Changes to schedule, venue, or content

We may change the date, venue, format, or content of the workshop where reasonably necessary. We will notify registered attendees of any significant changes using the contact details you provide.

What to bring and attendee conduct

• Bring your own laptop or smartphone so you can work along during the session.
• You are responsible for your own devices, accounts, and any charges from third-party tools or internet use.
• Please be respectful to the mentor and other attendees. We may ask anyone behaving disruptively to leave, without a refund.

Third-party AI tools

The workshop introduces third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM. These are provided by other companies under their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for your own accounts and for complying with each tool’s terms of use.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, slides, and demonstrations remain the property of Deepak Gupta. They are shared with you for your personal learning. Please do not record, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written permission.

No guarantees

The workshop is designed to help you learn to use AI in practical ways. We cannot guarantee any specific business result, income, or outcome, as results depend on how you apply what you learn and on tools we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the workshop is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party tools or services.

Consultations

Sending a consultation request does not book a session. Deepak Gupta replies by email to confirm the time, length and fee. A session is booked only once you both agree to those details. Either side can reschedule with reasonable notice. Payment and refund terms for paid sessions are shared with you before you pay.

Speaking, AI for business and collaborations

Enquiries for speaking, AI business transformation work and brand collaborations are not binding. Scope, fees, deliverables and timelines are agreed separately in writing for each engagement, and those written terms apply to it.

Privacy

We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how your data is collected and used.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
